Can you give me a ballpark of the cost if I call you on the phone?

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We gladly accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

I don't have a logo. Do you do design, or should we have it designed? "

We can work with either situation. Design, if it is simple, is part of the sign cost. If it is a process of submitting and revising, we charge a design rate, per hour.

What kind of file do you need?

Ideally, we prefer a pdf or a hi-res jpeg. We cannot use lifted files from thumbnails. Numerically low kb's are too small. We use Adobe Illustrator as our art program. Any files should be flattened with text outlined.

Question 5

What is a standard size banner, sign, etc.? "

There are common sizes, but we make to order so that any size can be standard.

How much is a wrap?

Here again, there is no one-size-fits-all price. There are many different size vehicles and circumstances that determine the final price.

How come you cost more than the online prices?

Because they use lower quality materials, and there is a fine print that often has hidden costs for these online retailers. We don't do that.  If you read their criteria and pricing schedule, the advertised price is for the base, not the higher quality, slick finished product.

Can I bring my truck in at the end of the day and pick it up in the morning?

Sorry, that won't work. Our working hours are M-F 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Can you come out and look at my building I need a sign?

Most of the time, we can determine this by a couple of easy steps once we know the location, size, etc. We can usually determine the best sign.

Can I pick up my order and send you a payment later?

Most orders require prepayment or a deposit.  The remaining payment balance is due at pickup.

Do you deliver and install?

We can, in certain instances. For our larger signs, we refer to outside sources we work with, who are well equipped and insured to do the work.

Do you do neon?

We have companies that do it for us because neon is costly and fragile. The industry has moved to LED, as it is more effective, price, and durability wise.

Can I drop off my vehicle when I am ready to get it done?

No. It is best to make an appointment so that we can be adequately prepared and give you the best job possible.

If I help do the job, can I get a discount?"

Sorry, no. Insurance will not allow us to have customers in our shop or otherwise assisting.

Can I wait while you do my vehicle?

No. Most jobs require time to clean, prepare, and complete.
